How do you speed up administrative processing?

I was wondering how does one speed up administrative processing for a diversity visa (DV) lottery? Originally, the person was told about 2 weeks and she called up a few times but the embassy mentioned about it being 3 months... I presume that administrative processing cannot be sped up but I could be wrong?

Would e-mailing the embassy help or hurt the case? Just wondering. Thanks

It can't be sped up.. it will take as lomg as it takes... that doesn't mean you shouldn't call them once in awhile to keep up with the status of the processing... but there is really nothing you can do to speed it up...

I see... so does the embassy do a FBI name check for the interviewee and the sponsor (I-134) or just only the interviewee?
