Form G325a, Mother has no last name?

So I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer. I am filling out my G325a for k1 visa.

My mother only has a single name, example 'Gloria'. My question is what should I put in the field of maiden name? Should I just put 'none' or they might take it as a real name. Or if I leave it blank they might thing I missed it by mistake.

Sorry I am just trying to avoid any REF so any help would be appreciated.

My mother in law also does not have a last name, I left it blank and have not had an issue

On ours, we put D/O so and so. D/O is "daughter of" and so and so was her father's name. We didn't get any RFE. Check your birth certificate. If they have have something different, try to match it.

Her birth certificate only mention a single name so there is no other name. I guess I should leave it blank as Kastrs said. Did you put the family name of her grandfather as the maiden name or full name?

I actually meant your (or whoever the beneficiary is) birth certificate. We the line just has a place for one surname, so we just put that. Dad doesn't have last name either, so we put S/O... for him. So that was the first name of paternal grandfather and maternal grandfather for dad and mom respectively.

I wanted to have as much info there as possible, so when they saw my fiance's passport and tazkira (birth certificate) the embassy folks can match it. The USCIS isn't looking too hard at this part, but the embassy will match this with what you complete in their DS-160/260 and any other biodata forms they have the beneficiary complete during the interview.

I just got signed up with VJ yesterday cause I really find all the posts here very helpful.. I have a question regarding my BC and G-325A.

My BC (as well as my siblings' BC and my parents' MC) contains my mother's "baptismal name" which we eventually discovered that it was different from the name on her birth records. After that discovery, we then follow the name on her birth records as well as filling up my G-325A. Will I be questioned on its discrepancy during interview at the USEM? Should the affidavit be enough to support our claim even if her original birth certificate is not available anymore on our local civil registrar and NSO so we just have the late registration of her birth?
