Montreal -- how do I pay the visa fee to book?

Can anyone tell me how I can book my interview and pre- pay at the same time? It says cash only but I thought I could pay it as I book, is this possible? I posted what the sheet below says ..but im confused. I was told this could be done as I book? Can anyone advise? Thanks

If you have previously paid all fees due to the National Visa Center, there will be no additional fees to pay on the day of the interview. If you have not paid fees at the National Visa Center, please be prepared to pay the following fees on the day of your interview.

I-130 immigrant petitions filed in Canada: $420.00 US for each applicant.

IV fee for each family member (spouse/children) added to a petition: $325.00 US for family based applications Employment based: $345.00 US.

SIV cases: $205.00 US.

DV cases: $330.00 US for each applicant.

K (fiancé/e) visas: $265.00 US, paid in cash only.

All fees may be paid in US dollars or the Canadian dollar equivalent. We accept cash and credit cards only.

Please note if a person is found ineligible to receive a visa, the application fee cannot be refunded.

You do not pre pay. You were will pay the fee at the embassy on the day of your interview. This is standard for k1 visas.

Imeant know how to book interview but I just meant payment..., will it prompt me to pay for the visa fees as I book on a k1...?

You will pay the fee at embassy on day of interview. The embassy should send you the interview time and date. Normally k1 do not book their own interviews from what I have seen. Once you submit your readiness form they will set your interview time. From my experience with London.

Im at Montral so we get to select our own based on available days. I just thought I had to pre pay something st the ds160 to interview stage, but ill bring cash! Thanks

When we booked our interview for Montreal, the next screens after scheduling the interview gives the option to pre-pay. We didn't pay anything at at the interview.

Oh awesome! I can do exact conversion then on my visa card now rather than worrying about it then. Its alot of cash to carry with our dollar so low.

Okay so I got my interview booked. I was able to select a date (not a time) for interview, dates were very few...but for those at Montreal ...I was also able to pre-pay that visa fee. It asks rite on the application. Thank you to ALL who offered helpful advice.
