How do you count case complete to interview?

I was told over the phone by an NVC rep on Aug 10 that our case is complete but we didn't get an official NVC email until Aug 17.

How is everyone counting the days from case complete to an interview date? From the official email or from when you were notified from a representative over the phone? Just wondering since I saw on the spreadsheet many people are getting interviews scheduled and we are (im)patiently waiting...

Your CC date is August 10

As for the spreadsheet, have you seen other people interviewing at your embassy with interviews on the spreadsheet? I would surmise that you would likely have an interview in October (meaning you will be notified sometime in September). Most embassys schedule the interviews one or two months after CC. (some have extended waits I am not sure what the case is for your particular embassy) If you really want to gauge, try to sort the spreadsheet and look only for people at your embassy, then you can get a better estimate for how many days between CC and interview.
