I am very grateful to everyone in this forum. My Q? Can i change my sponsor from my husband to his kids since he did not meet the requirement they asked for in the RFE? Though he stated in his form that he is self employed and he is aked to bring some document which we dont even have? We actually use self employed since he got no job infact i suggested that but now i hope it will not pose a big deal while changing from him to his two kids?

You can't "change" your sponsor. Your husband is going to be your primary sponsor because he is the petitioner - I believe you can add the kids as co-sponsors, but you can't not have your husband as a sponsor.

Your husband will always be your main sponsor.... if he does not meet the income requirements then what you need is a co-sponsor... if you have found someone who is willing to be a co-sponsor then you need to complete the forms for that person and submit them along with the evidence of there income...
