my 18 year young step daughter will be coming to the usa as a k/4 deriviate of her mothers k/3 visa.i did not file an I-130 for the step daughter yet.My question is.is it permitted to file the I-130 for the step daughter, along with and included with the I-485 and EAD applications for both my wife and step daughter?i know i can file the step daughters I-130 and wait for the NOA1 before filing the I485s,but if its possible i will send all together.Ithought i saw this addressed on another thread, but i want to get all the info i can, concerning my question.thanks for any knowledge you can provide.

On your last several posts on this exact topic you said the stepdaughter was 24. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...;p=743769

If you included her on the K1, she is covered.

Either way, it appears you would GREATLY BENEFIT from the assistance of a qualified attorney.

the 18 year year step daughter is the k/4 derivitive that i was asking the question about.the 24 year old step daughter that i asked about previously is another issue entirely.also a 24 year old child can not be included on any type of visa as a derivitive.and anyway i found the answer to the question i asked.the answer to that question is yes.not only is it permitted to file an I-130 with the I-485 for the step daughter 18(years of age)but its recommeded so i read from other threads i found.thanks for the non answer anyway.

Reading your posts is not easy. Perhaps you could post one clearly written question with spaces and punctuation in your sentences. That would make it easier for people to understand.

In any event, you have posted again and again on these two, separate topics. Perhaps it would be wise to seek the assistance of a qualified attorney who can walk you through each step and guide you.

Can someone please guide me to instructions on this site that spells out the number of posts and number of questions per post, and number of topics that can be started.I have definately missed those restrictions.wow ( kitkat)I did not intend to ruffle your feathers.it has appeared to me that the objectivity of this site is to try and find answers and help others in this process.Personally, if i dont have an answer,i will not reply unless im reasonably sure of its correctness,or at least have enough knowledge of the subject to make learned suggestions, other than getting an attorney.Any body knows if you cant find correct information, GET A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY.thanks again all people on vj if you can provide good information on any topic, i know everyone will be appreciative.

For the love of god. For the last time, as clearly as possible:

1) Since you have posted many times on the same topic and no-one has sufficiently answered your questions, my suggestion was for you to talk to an attorney to get some help.

2) You can post all you want. But you will have a much higher likelihood of receiving a helpful response if you are able to clearly state your question. That's because logically speaking, people don't often read through entire posts when they are very difficult to read i.e. no capital letters, no punctuation, etc. or don't make a lot of sense (i.e. distinguishing the current question from prior, similar posts).

Whatever, best of luck to you.
