Hi, I'm not sure if someone has already posted the same question as mine, but I really hope someone could help me. My husband has filed a I-130 in March and we're still waiting for approval. I plan to bring with me my daughter, who's 17 yrs old. (my husband's stepchild) We were under the impression that we could only send a I-130 for my daughter when my I-130 is approved. We recently found out that we could file both petitions at the same time. So we are now about to mail in another I-130 for my daughter...

-Is it possible that her I-130 be processed along with mine if we indicate my case no. in the cover letter, even if they were not filed at the same time?

-my case was transferred to CSC, should we mail the 2nd I-130 to CA lockbox directly since mine is already there?

you need to send it to the normal lockbox, but on the envelope and cover page, request expedite to catch up wit your petition.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
