Hi All,

I have a question in connection with the documents we need to provide for the K1 interview. Our file is probably with the embassy already, but I haven't yet received the checklist. My fiance will send me the required documents sometime next week so we can speed up the process as much as possible.

Besides the "usual" documents, will the embassy ask for originals relating to the petitioner? We submitted a copy of his birth certificate and divorce decree with the original petition, and I'm just wondering if he should send me the originals with the rest of the papers.

Thanks :)

I think , as much as I have read, that you should have all the I-129F package ,original copy , plus originals of Noa1'and NOA2 copies that your fince receive from emigration offices , uscis and NVC .

So, better to be prepared.

My fince brought to me all the document that he sent to uscis and all what he received from them.

Maybe they will not ask you for any of these doc in the interview, but who knows. Sometimes they do
