hello everybody..

I am having a hard time figuring out how to calculate my cspa age

However, can someone help me out

My aunt petitioned for my father which belongs to f4 visa category

Priority date is: May 21, 1992

We are currently on the process of waiting for my father's notice for interview and medical

My brother got removed from the CEAC website since he is already beyond 21 years old. Now 27 years old his DOB is may 12, 1988

I was added by my aunt just this year I think February 2015

I am now 23 years old. My DOB is August 1, 1992

The only thing thats been holding is i think? My moms lebanon police clearance which is being obtained already to a friend residing in Lebanon

Another Q: do we need to go also to the interview together with my mom and dad?

I would gladly appreciate your replies.

We need to know the date the petition was approved to tell you the answer.

So your CPSA age is your real age minus ( days between first notice ( receipt ) and second notice (approval)) so you only get to take about 90 days off your age and it appears you have aged out. You can use the calculator here to check. http://cspasolution.com/

It took 12 years for the petition to be approved? That seems... unlikely.

In categories which have a long wait, they usually take a few years to process the petition, so it seems unlikely it was approved in 90 days.

May I know what approval date should I consider? We received two. 1st one was sent to us here in Phil the other to the petitioner. Ours is blue in color and for the petitioner it's with the torch it states there that the petition was approved and was forwarded to NVC. Pls answer thanks!!!
