My friend filed his I-864 with co sponsor. Today he got a letter saying he needs to resubmit and file a I-864A.

My friend filed an I-864. His sister and sisters husband also filed I-864. The sister and husband does not live with my friend. Do all of them file I-864A or only the Sister's husband or both sister and husband?

Thanks

hi

his sister had to file the i864 and her husband the i864A as her spouse, he is her household member

your friend files the i864 as the beneficiaries sponsor

his sister files the i864 as his joint sponsor, and her husband files the i864 as her household member, not your friends

Thank you.

so Sister files I864 and sisters husband files I864a. The contract will be between the husband and wife correct?

also for number of intending immigrant. My friend peitioned his two step daughter in a separate petition. Do we indicate this in intending immigrant number 2?
