Children as proof (split)

I have a question to penguin_ie

Is the approve of the petition 's children for our relationship , a strong proof.

I was thinking thatmaybe the consulate officer can see it as we are using children for our porpoise .

For my case, we don't have difficult in getting children aproval, but I don't feel well showing this to the consulate officer.

To cover this point, I've made picture of both us, me , petitioner, his child, my child, talking on video call. So it shown that we talk online with all family members

What do you think?

Any answer and advice , I would consider as a help

Not to be crude, but kids show that you spent a night together, it doesn't necessarily show a bonafide, ongoing relationship.

Now, if you have a lot of pics of you as a family (where you are together physically, not over video chat), that can help, because it is face time.

I have added pictures of my child talking via video to my fiancée as part of my proof of relationship and also pictures of them together. I see nothing wrong with it, if anything it shows a strong bond between the two of them.

Photos are just that, photos. Spending time together, phyisically in the same space and interacting, would be stronger than photos of video chat. It can't hurt the case, but it isn't a strong bit of evidence.

I agree that children are not strong proof. Circumstantial evidence at best.
