STRANGE CHECKLIST, can sumone guide? :'(

I have 2 questions can sumone pleeease guide, im very much worried

1)i have aubmitted ds261 online and status is showing complete but strangely in our checklist, they are asking me to submit it. i dont know why. has anyone ever experienced it?

2)my wife(us citizen in pakistan with me) is not doing any job right now, she has completed med school and 1yr internshoip,

checklist is asking for her taxes

what shud she mention in her letter explaining how is she not eligible for taxes/hasnot paid tax?

(we have joint sponsor)

they dont reply to any of our emails nor do they answer any calls

Are you should it is the ds-261 chice of agent form and not the ds-260 immigration form

Have you all the iv fee if sk then your ds-261 was complete

for the taxes your wife just need a statement saying she was not require to file taxes

best time to call is early in morning right when they open

Correction to my last post . I meant to write. Have you paid the Iv fee as you will not have been able to if the ds-261 form was not excepted. So it could be the ds-260 immigration form the checklist is for

That is strange you should call them.

I always had good luck calling them as soon as they open

I also heard late at night before they clise is good time too

In our case we wrote a letter explaining why petitioner isnt required to file taxes. All went smooth and didnt receive any checklist so better write a simple and straight to the point statement and mail it over to NVC. If you need help pm me

Answer to your question in bold and blue:

• If the child is born overseas, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) will need to be filed (if it's a multiple birth {e.g. twins} then a CRBA will need to be completed for each child).
• Once the child is born, your household count will increase by one (if it's multiple birth, then your household count will increase by the number of children that are born).
