I am just curious: is it your case changed in transit yet? :)

Nope! Actually I only got my number yesterday! Still very happy though!

They should send it within a week, I suppose.

Don't worry! :)

I just made my fiancé call CSC to see if we were closer to NOA2. They just said it's being reviewed :( no indication when we will hear. it's been 32 days today :( :(

Hang in there! Have you checked to see when the last time it was 'touched'? Prayers for a good week for all of us.

We are at 33 days. I am kinda baffled as to why some only took 21 days or less to receive their NOA2's. Perhaps the CSC is slowing down, at the wrong time on top of that!

I feel your pain - I had to stop looking at the timelines I'm following because they were getting approvals before me, even though I sent my I-129F application before them! I'm happy for all the approved peoples on here, don't get me wrong - it's fantastic news, and I love being able to share experiences on here, but it can get frustrating when you're days after the estimated date! FINGERS CROSSED OVER NIGHT DaNnE.

No I haven't - My fiancé called and I'm just going by what he told me which was, "it's in process, we will contact you if we need anything". I just hope all the guys here waiting on NOA2's with estimated dates of end of oct get it this week! xxxxx

When you check your case status on the USCIS site it will show a date and this is supposed to be when they last did something/anything with your case.

Mine says the same. Also September 23 we received your petition.... And someone who is 3 numbers after me got a RFE on 6th of october and now it says:

On October 22, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WACXXXXXX. Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Really frustrating that a case that is 3 numbers after me has already been reviewed so soon and is now being reviewed for the second time while I still have nothing.

Very frustrating, and I definitely can't see a date where it was "touched" :(

Its the only one though. Ive played with the numbers for a bit (cases before and after me) and there are 15 I-129F petitions that still havent been touched. I regret not filing in august. August filers are already getting ready for the interview right now.

are you CSC? at least we aren't with TSC - I think they're even worse!! I had no choice but to file in Sept. I'm planning on leave for the states in Feb so I was hoping it would go swimmingly but it's making me so paranoid!

but it's besides the point.......... I wouldn't mind waiting as much if I just knew if I was approved or not! Still though, its 16:30pm in UK and cali is 7 hours behind so you never know, something might happen over night !
