Secondly, I have a question. When the US fiance sends all the documents to beneficiary required for the interview?

When you are about to go for the interview or two weeks before.

Congratulations to all new approval!

I just called NVC and they received my case yeaterday they also gave me my case number!!!! After 20 days from NoA2! I am so happy!!!!! ?

When he told me "Yes, I have your case number" I answered "Wait, are you sure? Are you sure it's mine?" Ahah i couldn't believe it!!

That's wonderful!! Congrats!!!! :)

You are not the only one waiting. There are several still waiting and a lot out there that are not on here. It will happen. Think positive. Each case is unique so be patient.

We still haven't received our NOA2. Estimated time would be between Oct 25-27. Keeping my fingers crossed that we'll have it by Monday.

Does anybody here happen to know if they have approvals on weekends?

I received a call from New Hampshire yesterday. No voicemail message left. I didn't think much of it and ignored it because I get a lot of scam calls from out of state. Just put 2 and 2 together today and realized that the NVC is also in New Hampshire? Would they call me? Why would they call? A problem with my petition? Don't they just forward it? I'm a little bit nervous. Sitting on hold waiting for someone to answer right now.

Terribly sorry for double posting, but I can't figure out how to edit my previous post. I called the NVC and after waiting about 20 minutes a friendly woman answered and was happy to help. She says my case has been received but not forwarded yet. She gave me our case number and invoice ID number. I went to what I thought was the right place to enter them in for tracking, but they came up as invalid. I'm not sure if I'm checking the right place. I want to verify the information so I can update our timeline. Where do I go to do that?

GUYS - help needed.

Just getting together the I-134 form and supporting docs.

Is this enough supporting evidence:

- Statement of official employment, signed, dated 10.5.15

- Form W2, wage and tax statement

- Bank statements

Sorry to be a pain - I just need to be sure!

Include the last 2 paycheck stubs and if there are any retirement accounts, I would include the balances in them as well. Also include the tax return for 2014 with the W2.
