So I can finally say we're a part of the September filers yay!! My fiancé mailed the package out 3 days ago. It may be a while before we receive our NOA1 tho because he's currently deployed on a ship (he's military) and the mailing system will take a tad bit longer than being stateside. I'm just glad we've started step 1 of this process.

Hello, fellow September 2015 filers! I've been following this forum since early July, but just sent our K-1 petition to Lewisville on Saturday, September 12. From what I've read, petitions are being readily processed at the California Visa Center, so I'm optimistic that our case will be the same.

Mrsashko, this is great news considering the CSC always seems to move more efficiently then TSC for some reason from everything I've read. I do have to agree that its hard to not have control over the situation but breathing and focusing on what needs to be done that I can do before my fiance gets here helps a little. Not enough to make me stop worrying but any little thing that helps is good.

So we finally got our NOA1 yesterday after some confusion with UPS lol would've been an August filer originally but jumping into the September topic now :D

Thankfully it got sent to California Service Center.

I hope it goes fast for all of us!!

I'm getting so anxious! We sent our application by regular mail (stupid us we didn't put a tracker on it) from Syracuse, NY on Tuesday Sept. 8th and we haven't heard a THING. No emailed NOA1 or anything! I'm getting worried in didn't arrive or something! The check hasn't been cashed either!

It takes probably till 5 days to get there with regular mail. I would say they received between yesterday and today and by the end of this week you should hear something. Just try to stay positive :)

My fiancé mailed it out with UPS without any tracking, it took almost 3 weeks to get to the Lockbox, so dont worry, it will get there :)

Maybe try to ask at the post office? They could tell us where our package was, even though we didnt have a tracking number. If you're that anxious you should probably try :)

Just found this forum, I see you sent on the same day I did....feeling very anxious, hoping for the NOA1 soon and also hoping for CSC, Good Luck!!

I understand that, I am still waiting for the delivery confirmation from USPS as they are still showing our package "in transit to its destination"....Just goes to show you how "timely" our postal service is...not!! I'm glad yours made it without a hitch. Wish mine would show up. I know I'm impatient but I've had so many issues with the postal service the last several months that this is just another annoyance from them for me especially when you pay extra to have it sent with tracking and everything and it still is "in transit". Sighs...sorry for the rant.
