I hope we get approved soon :) Its so unfair to see people with a higher casenumber already been processed. I hope they pile up all the approved cases and notify the people in one day before sending it out. So that the other case numbers around me that are not approved that im not one of them. But thats wishful thinking.

Yes I hope we all get approve ? This is a challenge to us and part of our Journey like everyone else here we can do it!

Congrats to all those approved! I'm really happy for you all, it's been great reading about everyone's nervous wait for their NOA2s and seeing the excitement as they are eventually approved. It's really helpful to see that everything is progressing nicely.

I'm a late September filer (NOA1 was on the 23rd), so it's getting very close to my predicted adjudication date and I have to admit that I'm going a little crazy waiting to hear whether I'll get an RFE or if we get to move on to the next stage!

Hey, congrats, JJ!! Glad for you! :)

When you get the number, then you can do the medical. Also start preparing all the documents for the interview and have them ready as the embassy can ask you to send them via e-mail/post before your appointment. And then the interview!!!

Hey, congrats, JJ!! Glad for you! :)

When you get the number, then you can do the medical. Also start preparing all the documents for the interview and have them ready as the embassy can ask you to send them via e-mail/post before your appointment. And then the interview!!!

So when I have NVC case number, we can schedule medical and USCIS will sand papers to Serbian embassy then we are waiting for embassy to contact as? Sorry I'm little bit confuse. I don't know what is Packet 3 as well :(

I am not sure 100% but as far as I understand from reviews and from my embassy's info:

NVC will give you the number (they should send an e-mail, but so far noone receives it, everyone calls and asks), with this number you can schedule your medical (it should be done before the visa interview). I advise you to call your medical and ask what exactly they need. Mine said they need the case number, vaccination record, etc..

Also NVC will send your case to your embassy. After your embassy gets it, they will e-mail you and tell what you need to do next. It is different depending on the country. As I see in my embassy they don't need any packet 3, they ask you to bring all the paperwork with you to the interview (the paperwork is a bit different depending on the country as well, but you will need affidavit of support, birth certificate and a lot more). Some embassies ask to mail it to them before the interview and all this documents are called packet 3 (it is my suggestion only), but anyway you will get the instructions soon.

I found this info on the website of your embassy: Immediately upon receipt of the I-129F Petition at the Embassy in Belgrade, we mail an instruction letter to the visa applicants.

NOTE: Do not take any actions before you are personally instructed to do so.

Don't worry! For now you can chill out for a few weeks. Just start gathering the papers! Everything will be fine.
