Be patient, your timeline states the following: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 25, 2015 andOctober 27, 2015*.

Then, there are who got approval earlier who later. We don't know what depends on, all we can do it just hope for the best.

I'll start to call next week too, but I believe for sure by the end of this month. I can't wait to be with him. I miss him too much.

I have booked the medical for Oct 29th, because the line is sooo huge, so I don't want to wait for weeks for appointment again. But I need my case number to give to the doctor, so I hope we will get the case number by then. It will be 1 month from approval! On the paper it said from 2 weeks to 1 month, so let's see.

Missing is hard, thats true!!

I had the same one before. It shows you the dates for Texas Centre. If your petition was sent to CSC straight, then you need to put California and "no" where transferred.

You say "yes" only if it was transferred from Texas to California when it has been already processed for some time in Texas, a month or so, and then they decided to send it to a different centre. I was explained like that. So change your timeline.

instead this

I have not gotten our case number. From what i keep reading, takes several weeks before they get it assigned a case number. The noa2 says they will mail a notice after they forward the petition. I planned to wait until nov 1st. If i don't see anything by then then I will call and inquire. I haven't looked through all the details of the nvc portion yet.

She knows about the winters. I promised we would be sure she has plenty of warm clothes and we will run the heat more for her sake if necessary to help her survive the first winter. Once she gets through the first one, it won't be as bad after that. Her body just needs to acclimate. Her cousin lives in NY and says that my fiancée will be just fine as she also underwent the same adjustment when she was a kid.

Start calling after three weeks, as they should have your file. If your not in a hurry then wait and work with your schedule, but if you would like to speed things up then get your MNL# and it's rock and roll.

You right about the winters and I agree. My wife will be on her second winter and she already said that she seems acclimated to the climate now. She thought our summer's are much hotter than Phil. I disagree but what do I know.

Well, just for kicks I did give the NVC a call just now. A very nice woman answered the phone. Requested our Receipt Number. After looking it up, she asked me what our invoice date was and informed me that it would likely be a few weeks before the case number would be available based on their average processing time frame. She said I am always welcome to call back and check whenever I like but will likely not get a number until a few weeks has passed. I'm fine with that. I will stick to my plan of waiting until November 1st to contact them if I haven't received any notification. We are hoping to get her in for a medical exam and interview in the first week of December before she returns back to working full-time.

Not any concerns on my end about the rest of this process. Just taking it as it comes and glad I'm not feeling pressured under a time crunch. Makes things easier to handle. Only thing I've got floating in the back of my mind is getting the NOA2 extended without a problem so that we have a valid NOA2 at her entry in the U.S. We aren't supposed to need one but I don't want to take any chances with it. I would sooner she have it and not need it, then be put back on a plane to the Philippines. After all this time apart, I just want her to come and stay for good.

The NOA2 is extended up to a year. If you have your visa then no problems entering as long as it is before the visa expires.

Yes indeed, I have seen petitions before me were not yet approve. I am excited yet nervous, and worried at the same time. It feels like days were so slow if you were waiting for something important.

I hope we get approved soon :) Its so unfair to see people with a higher casenumber already been processed. I hope they pile up all the approved cases and notify the people in one day before sending it out. So that the other case numbers around me that are not approved that im not one of them. But thats wishful thinking.

Every case before USCIS is different. Each one gets processed according to the adjudicator and what they see from their research. Others will be approved ahead of you and you will be approved before others. Just the luck of the draw. Patience?
