Y'all can't see my post or are you guys just ignoring it?? I just wanted to know if it's a bad thing if I didn't receive my NOA1 but I got my NOA2 and it already reached NVC.

maybe they approve by country? as some countries are lower fraud potential than others. Or maybe they approve the super cute people first. They need better looking babies in america stat.

recently it's been taking about a month, give or take.... it will also show you in your timeline what the estimated date is. So you have a bit of time... another two weeks or so.

I would highly suggest you to entry data in your timeline, so you can have an estimate of the time you should receive your approval :)

If they look fraud, Serbia is probably in a first 5 :D so I will get my NOA2 next year :D I hope that's not how they do :D

if you sign up on myUSCIS you will get an e-notification as to any change of status. Otherwise you will only get hard copy notifications after your NOA1.

Honestly, we are just so ridiculously good looking they dont know what to do with us. So we sit in a pile where they can look at our photos all day.

I think what really happens is that it gets split up into different agents and some agents focus only on i129f and get theirs done fast while others focus on other filings but will get to ours at some point. Or it's because of country of origin. Or maybe the size of our packages :lol:

Either way, I'm assuming by month end will we have more info. I'm not panicked or stressed about the approval.... i would just like more info.... hate not knowing..... gah!
