Our petition was received also on the 25/09 and we got our E-notification via email on the 30/09. Still haven't gotten the Hard copy of the NOA1. We are expecting it to arrive until next friday (oct. 9)

Don't worry. You are still in the time frame to get the NOA1 in the mail.

Hope you get it soon!!

I gotta say that the NoA2 estimation of VJ timeline is pretty safe. It told me my estimation was from September 28 till October 2, and I got my approval on October 2nd.

So I would say to trust it :)

Plus, all this positive energy can only bring happy things to everyone!

The process is going pretty smooth! So happy for all of us guys. When I started this journey I thought I should have waited for 6 to 8 months for having an approval from TSC...then when I discovered we all would get sent to California I couldn't believe it.

I never been apart from my love. So it has been pretty hard. And now, I can start thinking I'll be able to be with him in December or January. It's a bless. I am really thankful.

Congrats everyone on you NOA2s...things really are moving fast. I have to admit to feeling really nervous now cause we received our NOA1 on Spet 3rd and most here with that date have received something. But waiting waiting waiting.

That's a great question. Didn't think about that yet, just requesting expedited services from Consulate after hard copy approval is received.

I'm curious about the expedited services too. I thought that option was no longer available at the consulates... :huh:

Hello, what I mean is to request from the Consulate after receiving my NVC #'s a provisional case be opened while waiting for my file to be sent to Kingston Embassy. Worth a try.
