Happy to report that we were approved this afternoon. Our NOA1 was 9/2. Best of luck to everyone for a speedy NOA2!!

I think it does not work with the "Date received".. so many cases with the received date of sept 8th or later were approved before the august 31st filers!

I think it does not work with the "Date received".. so many cases with the received date of sept 8th or later were approved before the august 31st filers!

I have noticed this too. 2 or more applications with received date of Sept 8th were approved last week; 3 or more received RFEs. Not sure how CSC is doing it, but definitely not according to received date, NOA 1 date, or receipt number.

I guess when it's our time, it just happens. *Like what my signature says: there's a right time for everything* :thumbs:

I'm in the same boat..!! 3 cases immediately after me were approved on sept 23rd!

I know its hard to be patient but best way to look at it is that we know things are moving quite quickly and it will happen for all of us, just focus on the fact that everything seems to be moving smoothly through the USCIS so that is a big plus. We could be stuck at TSC waiting almost 8mos to even get to this point. So we are well ahead of the game in that respect. :star:
