The problem was also in the Detroit airport if u read further down that thread. Just saying maybe keep an eye on your validity just in case.

I'll be entering Detroit airport to visit my fiancé in December. I hope I don't have any issues because the border officials there seem really crappy.

Checked the case tracker app a little while ago for the millionth time today, and there it was in bright green, APPROVED!!!! Then looked and saw that the email had arrived about a half hour ago too. P

As promised ill keep updating the status of cases RECEIVED on August 31st using the case tracker app. There is a total of 180 K1 applicants with that RECEIVED date (which as some have pointed out gives a NOA1 of about Sep 2nd)

There was major activity today bringing to total approvals to 23/180 but sadly there was alot of RFEs 16 to be exact !

The good news is the processing is moving right along and those with later received dates are speeding closer to a NOA2. hope this helps

I'll bring employment letters from both my jobs stating the terms of my contract and that they expect me to return to work, my apartment contract and bank account statements.

Hello we sent our I-129f package last Monday and it arrive at the Dallas locker box today around 1:32am my question is that are they going to send any text to notify us that they have get our package or all we have to do is to wait for the NOA 1??

If you filled out form G-1145, then yes, you will get email and/or text message. (probably next Tuesday/Wednesday).

If you did not fill out this form, then NOA1 notice will come in about a week.
