Thank you for being so helpful! Is the address I'm supposed to mail to the International Consular Section Address?

Any of those Postal Addresses will do. But I am unsure with sending them a written letter... Our postal service here in the Philippines is EXTREMELY crappy, I highly doubt that it will come on time. So I did a search, and I found that you can actually send requests via email... YAY! :joy: But please note that the MNL CASE NUMBER is needed, so this can only be done AFTER the petition is approved.

Source: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3230.html

For general inquiries: support-philippines@ustraveldocs.com

For case-specific inquiries: IVManilaReplies@state.gov

To enable us to efficiently manage the messages and provide better, more timely responses, please follow the instructions below:

  • The subject line of your email should indicate the visa applicant’s last name, first and middle name (ex. DOE, John James), case number/USCIS receipt number, visa category and priority date.
  • Messages should be limited to 500 characters or less.
  • The mail size should not be more than 15 KB.
  • Do not send your inquiry more than once as duplicate inquiries will congest our system and delay our response time.

Before submitting your inquiry, please review our website where you will find answers to many of your questions regarding the immigrant visa process. http://manila.usembassy.gov/index.html

Ok, just read that post again.

The refusal to travel to US was made by Canadian officials (at Toronto Airport). The person was not denied entry to US!

All it shows that Canadian officers took up to themselves to determine the eligibility whether the person would be or not allowed to enter US.

The was not issue with the visa, the officers had no(or poor) knowledge on how to read and understand the validity of such visa.

Toronto Pearson Airport is one of the preclearance airports:

http://www.cbp.gov/border-security/ports-entry/operations/preclearance

So it was CBP, not Canadian officials that denied entry. It wouldn't make sense for the Canadian officials to be opening the packet that is supposed to remain sealed until entering the US.

I am the petitioner.

As promised ill keep updating the status of cases RECEIVED on August 31st using the case tracker app. There is a total of 180 K1 applicants with that RECEIVED date (which as some have pointed out gives a NOA1 of about Sep 2nd)

There was major activity today bringing to total approvals to 23/180 but sadly there was alot of RFEs 16 to be exact !

The good news is the processing is moving right along and those with later received dates are speeding closer to a NOA2. hope this helps

Any NOA2s today? Not sure when to expect mine but I'm starting to get anxious! I received my NOA1 email on the 10th, saying they received it on the 4th and got my physical notification on the 14th. Hoping to hear something within a week but I know 2-3 weeks is likely.
