Gm, im finally leaving in a week. Does anyone know if it is a requirement getting the influenza shot? I was told at my medical that it is a requirement for entering the US.

They don't really care at POE... never asked anytime about vaccination.

So nice to hear from everyone...its like familiar friends!! I'm in Kentucky and yes, I have been here many times but I'm still going through culture shock. Last night at dinner I asked my husband "what fellers are you talking about" and then laughed and laughed and laughed at myself for saying that. Everyone looked at me like I had lobsters coming out of my ears....he got it.

Waiting right waiting now for "interview" after filing AOS on with NOA of July 11th! And the roller coaster starts again....

That's so funny @chrisete? we got married last week and I'm now in the process of gathering together my forms to file my AOS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated?

So awesome!! Congratulations. Put the AOS together exactly the same way you did the 129. Make a check list that will go on your cover page. Make copies of everything and only send copies if requested. Read the instructions as you fill out each line. I found that helped a great deal to make sure I had what they asked for specifically.

When you get your biometrics appointment letter, remember that you can go early as a walk in...its a chance but when I went in there was no one there so I got it done a week and a half early.

Please let me know how it works out for you!!!
