Hello everyone!

Congratulations on so many new visas approved!! I guess this topic should be closed in a month-two time, not many of us left waiting))

I have finally got all of the paperwork done, bought bus tickets, booked a hostel, etc. Ready to go! My interview is next Wed, January 27th! Already starting to get scared and excited!

it might be to private to ask you about it but whats the missing test about?

No, its really not a big deal, It's just a 24hr a blood pressure monitor test. His blood pressure was slightly high when he did the medical which, hello its the medical for the visa, I'm going to think that most people's blood pressure is going to be high due to the stress of this whole process but whatever. I haven't seen anywhere where this is required by the embassy so I'm finding it to be a big annoyance especially when everything else checks out and looks good, all vaccines up to date and no diseases so this is a little bit of an annoyance and not really sure why this is holding it up but I'm not the medical dr. so who knows. Just a very annoying and time consuming delay that I don't really think is necessary at all but what do I know right?

I just love how you support everyone and yet you are still waiting...me too....booked my flight to Montreal (also on the 27th) and trying to figure out if I'm more scared or excited. Definitely excited but a wee bit scared too....

My interview is TOMORROW!!! My fiancé is driving here tonight to pick me up then we'll drive to Montreal! Ahhhh! I'm SO excited but SO nervous!

Hey BWise...awesome question and I have my interview on the 27th and my fiance's employmnet letter is from a bit ago too....he's self employed so its from his clients and him...I would hate to have to get them to send new employment letters again ...

I had a Canadian reply on the other forum saying she/he didn't even have an employee letter... just the tax stuff from 2014 and bi-weekly pay stubs from the last six months! They were fine.

Thanks BWise.....but he is self employed so doesn't have pay stubs.....so I have lined up a cosponsor just in case....very, very nervous it will turn out ok....
