Hi. My visa was issued valid until June 2016. My question is, does NOA2 expiry still matters at POE? Our NOA2 will expire in February 2016.

Hello everyone!

I was off from the forum for a while, as now I am spending a month in the US with my handsome as a stress relief :)

very happy for all of your approvals, visas and reunions! I am planning to join your club soon!

The embassy finally received our case from NVC on Dec 16th - after 1.5 months it was sent out from NVC. So you can see that the timing varies from case to case.. I was about to freak out, but it seems it is moving again. Hope they have dates for interview avsilable in Jan-Feb..

Hi everyone.

Just got back from Miami trip with my love in the US.

Wedding date: December 30!

the official one with also my family will be in July. But still we'll be husband and wife for New Year's Eve. That's awesome!! I am so excited and happy!!!

Hi everyone,

I am soooo excited hearing about everyones progress.

We have our interview on Jan 22nd.

I got my police certificate back and its with the AFP but its standard disclosure.

I marked 35 which was employment/visa outside australia, but I may have needed to mark 33.

Is anyone else in this position as I am worried I dont have time to get the other one.

NOA2 for all intent and purposes is DEAD. You just need to be on US soil the day before the expiration date of your visa.

Just got back from 6 weeks in the US. The letter from the consulate was waiting for me when i got home :) Im planning to get all the paperwork together this week and send them te letter to let them know I'm ready for the interview. I can't wait to marry my girl finally.

09/21/2015: I-129F petition mailed

09/23/2015: Delivered to USCIS, petition received

09/25/2015: NOA1 notice date, routed to CSC

09/28/2015: NOA1 E-notification

10/27/2015: RFE E-notification

11/02/2015: RFE letter received (USCIS needs evidence that the site we met on is not an international marriage broker)

11/03/2015: RFE response mailed with overnight priority mail express to CSC

11/04/2015: RFE received by USCIS

11/09/2015: Approved!!! E-notification NOA2

11/19/2015: NVC received

11/27/2015: Case arrived at consulate

12/01/2015: Packet 3 received

01/16/2016: Packet 4 received

02/16/2016: Medical exam

02/23/2016: Approved!!!

04/26/2016: Entered USA

07/23/2016: Adjusting status, NOA1

12/16/2016: Interview, Approved!!!

02/02/2017: Green card in mail!
