Hi guys. Has anyone else had a problem getting through to Knightsbridge in London. We keep getting a message to call back during the week from 9 to 5. But that is when we have been calling.

I did yes !!! I just kept trying and eventually got through. Which number did you try? It's the one on the London Embassy website. I need to call them.again tomorrow cos I booked in for Wednesday 23rd Dec but I never got my confirmation email.

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

Hey guys,

I have my medical on Tuesday and Thursday I'm gonna travel to the States to be with my fiancé for Christmas :star::joy:

Does anyone know if there could be any problems entering the US at that point of the process?

I filled out the DS 160 already and hopefully my fiancé's I-134 documents will arrive tomorrow so I will pay the visa fee and can send packet 3 back to the embassy.

I will bring a copy of the NOA2 and all other confirmations I have so far. I'm also bringing a job verification from my boss, that I'm expected to be back at work on xx.xx.2016, plus school confirmation. (I guess it should be enough though. lol). Has anyone had any troubles entering the States during the K1?

I'm (as always during the whole visa process :rofl: ) a bit nervous and scared, this time that they might not let me in or anything...

Then I had a nightmare about forgetting my passport when I went to the airport haha. And then a dream that it was actually me that had to be interviewed and we were approved.

thanks for the link. I already checked it out, but I was hoping for any experience from my septermber-filers-family. :)

I can't wait to see him again. Even though it's only been like 3 months or so... I understund what you mean! ;) I had several dreams in which I'd rather missed my flight or forgot something. lol

April 22, 2016 – Received SMS & E-mail Notification (Day 9)

April 25, 2016 – Received Hard Copy of NOA1 (Day 12)

May 2, 2016 – Received Biometric Appointment (Day 19)

May 13, 2016 – Biometric Schedule (Day 30)

May 30, 2016 – Updated I-485 to “Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for Interview” (Day 47)

June 29, 2016 - Submitted Service Request (Day 76)

July 13, 2016 - EAD & AP approved (Day 89)

I went for American Thanksgiving and noticed when I went to check in there were 3 options I could pick from and they all looked like official cards on the computer screen as a Green Card Holder, LPR and one other which I thougth all of them were no and nearly fainted not wanting to pick the wrong option as I haven't had my interview at the Embassy yet. At the bottom there was a spot to pick the visitor visa. It freaked me out a bit that they know everything about me and then it was really exciting that I would be able to pick one soon to immigrate permanently. then it was just normal customs. I did bring a letter from my employer and while the BP officer asked what I did and where I worked, he didn't ask for the letter...have a great time!!! CT
