Got our case number today.. What's ur update? The agent I was able to talk to was really nice and told me they received our case last Dec. 9. I'm really excited for the next steps (L)

amazing!! Ohhhhhhh my fiancé only just woke up (only 7:20am in Arizona). I have asked him to call today but I am now so tempted to call from my work phone!! (we are global so a USA call is the norm)!!!!!!!

Well I was confused I couldn't hold? It say's they're too busy for my call then it hangs up! Is that normal?

Maybe they have a lot of calls.. When I called, I was able to go through but had an operator telling me to wait as they were busy taking other calls, so I just wait till someone picks up.
