I guess is because am from Ghana that is why no one is willing to help me or what I was thinking that we are all one okay no problem good luck to everyone this is my last post since no one is helping me

I would recommend checking the forum specific to Ghana. No one here is going to be familiar with your embassy as I believe you are the only one here processing in Ghana

It takes time for everything to happen. Be patient. You will hear from the embassy. Stay diligent though. Call them, email them, do whatever you feel will help.

Most important though is be patient and stay strong. You will make it through.

ok, so i have a question. Not sure if anyone here might know the answer or not. My fiancee is moving in Feb/March and my interview is in Feb. I put his current address on all my forms and im not sure where I will have to go to update his address when he does move. USCIS? the consulate even after i get my visa?

Any advise?

you cant schedule your medical until 3 to 4 weeks before your interview for Montreal. You must have your interview date. (as an aside, your visa date is dated from when you get your medical done..... information i found very valuable... doesnt really apply to many people tho)

To schedule your appointment you must have received your package 3 from montreal and then sent in your docs... then you will get package 4 e-mailed to you and you can book your appointment then. So you have a few steps to go still.

So I guess next it should go to "non-immigrant AP" then "ISSUED" right? how long is that usually taking?

09/23/15 - Sent info to Rapid Visa 10/19/16 - Received text - AOS APPROVED!!!!

10/13/15 - Conformation from USCIS - NOA1 10/22/16 - Received hard copy of I-485 approval

11/06/15 - I-129F Approved! via USCIS Website! 10/22/16 - Received text - Your 2 year Greed card has mailed

11/13/15 - Received hard copy in mail - NOA2 10/25/16 - Received Green Card in the mail! - Yahoooo!

11/23/15 - Received by NVC (called on 24th)

11/24/15 - Called NVC and got LND#

11/30/15 - Case status at NVC: READY!

01/12/16 - Medical completed!

01/23/16 - Packet 4 received

01/27/16 - Interview - APPROVED!

02/05/16 - Visa In Hand

02/11/16 - POE - Ohio

04/02/16 - Wedding - Yahooo!

Today yesterday my fiance arrived to Florida, Se are so happy to be together, it took him 45 minutes at the airport, now timé to plan the wedding. Best wishes to all
