Just got a letter from the US Embassy in Paris, our interview date is set on February 10th.

At least we have a date set even though it's in 2 months....

..... Ok..... I'm waiting for my interview date after sending the DS-2001 last week. I guess I'll be on the same boat as your fiancé... Can't believe that it is 2 months away!!! Will let you know as soon as I know more for my interview date. Keep faith until the interview, we are lucky enough to get to this point that quickly :)



I agree.. It's been a smooth process so far, and not as hard as I thought it would be! I don't mind the wait ... I'm coming back to the U.S. the week before his interview, so he should be shortly following :-)

I hope they give you an earlier date!

Is there a NVC tracker app? Like the one for USCIS. I'm losing a lot of time from my day constantly checking my status, only to see AP.

I am writing to share with this loving community that my fiance had his visa interview on November 23, 2015 and we were officially APPROVED on November 27! Our case was a bit complicated as we had to first go through the J-1 visa waiver process through the State Department before starting the K-1 visa process (he taught Chinese in the U.S. from 2012-2014 on a J-1 visa and was subject to the two-year residency requirement). However, there is always a solution and I hope that those of you still waiting for NOA2 or preparing for the interviews stay positive and expectant of good. You'll get through it!
