well if I need to send something next time I will use a different service. they said it will take 6-7 business days. I sent it on 6th, so its now the 5th business day - it arrived in the states at LA on 7th - been there ever since! I'm worried because the documents were all originals ... i really hope by Monday i will see that it's arrived in CA.

Mine's out for delivery to fiance's location as of today, but he's at work so he'll get it when he comes home.. We'll send it to USCIS by Monday.. Good luck to us

Is there a question here somewhere? That is the normal response they give you but it hasn't been taking that long. Just keep calling every few days or so. You'll get it.

Today I e-mailed the embassy and they said they haven't received it yet. What does that mean?

I will ask my fiancé to call NVC, maybe it is still there.. Strange though.

Do you know if we just have to make a change of address at the USICS, even though we are probably already on our way to NVC? Or do we also have to change the address somewhere else? Because my fiancé (USC) is going to move the next days. (it already stresses me, although he is moving and not me but as so oftem I'm scared it could cause any troubles lol)

And the other question is about the medical, do I have to bring any records from my doctor since I had depressions and I still attend counseling? Or will it be enough just to tell it at my medical?

Yes, you do need to bring a letter from your doctor detailing everything and also that you are not self harm.

The US Embassy in Manila follows both US and PH holidays. So there's 2 days of Thanksgiving and a PH holiday on the 30th. As for APEC next week, public offices will be closed for 4 days, and 2 days for private offices. I'm not sure where US Embassy falls. I can't find an announcement of their business operations for next week. :'/

My case still says "AT NVC" too.. I'm not certain when our case will say "Ready", but I do pray that it happens before your scheduled interview. I know your fiancee's schedule is on Dec 4th. I hope that all goes well with her medical too. I know you guys scheduled it tight.

So, I scheduled my interview on Dec 15th. While I was there, I checked all the dates available, so to those hoping for a December interview sched, here are the dates and the number of slots available (as of 5:00PM MNL time) --

Dec 01 = 4 slots

Dec 03 = 2 slots

Dec 04 = 2 slots

Dec 07 = 19 slots

Dec 08 = 18 slots

Dec 09 = 36 slots

Dec 10 = 32 slots

Dec 14 = 34 slots

Dec 15 = 37 slots

Dec 16 = 38 slots

Dec 17 = 43 slots

Dec 18 = 30 slots

Dec 21 = 5 slots

Dec 22 = 5 slots

She can go anytime, but I would prefer not to pay to fly her from Cebu to Manila and back again twice, so I want to do it all in one trip. I will probably schedule it 10 business days before so that there is adequate time for her to get her results, just in case there happened to be a little delay. She has a friend in Manila that she should be able to stay with during the in between days, but I want to put her in a hotel for the nights she needs to go to the medical exam and the interview.

You may be one that "hiccuped" the status and it may be still at nvc or still in transit. Just as an example of what I mean, mine showed correctly from "at nvc" to "in transit" but then it went straight to "ready" the next day or so even though it had just been sent to the embassy. The tracker stayed showing "ready" even though it hadn't been received yet by the embassy. The only thing that changed is the status updated date and it went from the day they sent it out to today's date which is when we received packet 3.
