Yes, call the NVC already.. They may have received your case too. ? I called at about 11:00am today and I waited for like 30 minutes to speak to a person. If your fiancé does not have too much time in his hand, then call at 7:05am or 11:30pm (EST). Good luck, I can feel we're in the same batch! ?

Hello all....our case was sent out to the us embassy in Bogota, Colombia on Oct 30th and when i look it up on the webpage the case status says ready for interview, but we habe yet to receive any notification about an interview...would anyone know how long it takes to get an actual notification when case is already in your countries US embassy??? Thanks in advance for any helpful answers...

I think it will be 3-4 weeks from rdy to your letter.

The mail it, so its not fast.

Keep it simple, thats the best.

Give them what they want and hold on to the rest for interview.

Congrats to you both!!!!!!!!!! So exciting !! So what now, wait for a few days then call NVC?

I know it's been answered a million times, but as soon as the embassy has your case, you can schedule medical AND interview? I am really confused to the exact next steps and forms I need to send / complete.

Cant you do medical as soon as you have the NVC case number. Think thats all they need.

Cant you do medical as soon as you have the NVC case number. Think thats all they need.

Probably differs from country to country. The embassy in germany states that you shouldnt do anything before you havent received Package 3 except gathering documents.
