Checked the case tracker app a little while ago for the millionth time today, and there it was in bright green, APPROVED!!!! Then looked and saw that the email had arrived about a half hour ago too. P

Another step closer! Did they say how long till a number is given? Will you call tomorrow? ? that's great still.

Called the NVC just a bit ago and they said they received my case today :D Still no case number though.

Anyone here who receive their NOA1 on the last week of September got their NOA2 this month? It's been a month and still no news from them.

Hopefully, we'll hear from USCIS soon =)

I received my NOA1 september 30 and approved (NOA2) last night October 27

The NVC has our petition and I got our #! YaY ? and now to wait (again) for the embassy to receive. This week is very active for a lot of us. BTW- I forgot to ask them when they received

Going forward, congratulations. I will call NVC on the end of third week from NOA2. Do the latter from employer have to be type in or hand written is ok too?

I thiiiink he said "up to 42 days"... But I'm really not sure if I understood correctly. I was so excited to hear they had it, everything else he said was a blur :P I like to think I'll wait til Friday buuuttt most likely yes, I'll call tomorrow. I should also mention my call was only 3 minutes!

Our petition is on its way to Manila!!! We have now completed the NVC stage! Going to be a little while until we can get her in for her interview, probably late January. NVC said that she can request the extension on our petition while she is at the interview to be sure it is valid for her entry (even though it's not supposed to matter.)

Why till January? O.o

True :) I finally got an email back from Okcupid now. So just in case the RFE is about Okcupid im prepared to send the letter out right away. Ive read on this forum people have been getting RFE'd for Okcupid while others didnt. Seems pretty random and depending on the person reviewing the case.

Sorry to hear that. I hope it will be an easy fix!! I feel the same way, in my head im thinking about what it could possibly be because I checked and double checked and then my fiancé checked again before we sent everything out. So frustrating to not know yet what it is.

Let me know when you know! we should get ours next week as it's being sent to UK and takes about 5 days.

But congrats to all the NOA2's received!

Hi all

Can see that all of you mostly har k1´s going.

Butmy wife applyed for at k3 for me.

We mailed the I-130 in sep. and it was sent to csc :)

Right after we got the NOA1 from that, we sent of the I-129F, they had it in system the 2015-09-29, but nothing from them yet.

And from what i can see i stats. it seems like the I-130 wil be done before the I-129F even gets looked at..

What is not a bad think, now that my wife hasnt left denmark yet to go back to FL.

But have you guys and girls in here seen before that the NOA1 was longer then 2-3 to get to ppl for the I-129f ?
