Hello,

I'm Indian i met a Mexican girl(undocumented) online currently living in USA with her parents. we both are in contact since very long and we have decided to get married and be together but for now its is very important for both of us to meet once so we can plan and make any serious decision.

so I have decided to apply for Tourist visa(B2 visa) . But i came to know that this visa is very complicated and USA doesn't welcome tourism from India and it is very hard for young and unmarried people to get B2 visa. and also i have never traveled abroad.

but i have no intention to get married on this visa i will meet her and come back. we both have decided to meet first and then we will make any final decision about where to live.

Please help me is there any possibility that i can get tourist visa . so at least i can meet her. we have already waited for very long :(

Thanks.

Where are you looking to live together?

If you apply for a B you will know whether option a is possibe or you look at other options.

Perhaps they both want to go to Mexico?

Even if you meet and are totally in love have you ever considered that there is no path for you to come here. An undocumented person can't petition you. Is she considering moving there ?

no not now. if she come here . she wont be able to go back to USA to her parents . that's why i want to meet her first so we can decide when we can live.

we are also thinking to do this but if she lives US, then she will not allowed to enter USA again to back to her parents.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but if she's illegal perhaps it is for the best to return to Mexico as she is living and likely working illegally. She has no path to residency or citizenship in the USA.

She could apply for DACA, however you could meet her in Mexico then go back home

if she is successful, right now she can do nothing for you.

Do you have property, good bank account & job in your country? because that's what it will

take at your age and convincing a CO you will return home to get a visa. Do you have money to fund

all this plans? with her undocumented her salary may not be very strong

Stating you want to visit someone undocumented will NOT get you a B visa.

Your best bet.. apply on your own merits (good job\student\bank a\c\property\family ties).. and not mention your online girlfriend.
