i never lied about anything, i mentioned in the application i am applying for k1 and going to visit my fiancee and even in the interview, and the visitor visa denied because i dont have strong ties to my home country
is that will affect my k1 visa :(? i asked before i do it, and many people said noo it has no affect over the k1 visa process as long as you tell the truth

It won't have a negative affect as long as you've been honest throughout the whole process.

Your chances of actually getting a B1/2 visa with a pending petition to bring you to the US permanently are pretty much 0 anyway. People have gotten lucky before, but like I said you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Good luck.

It could have an effect, but I'm not entirely sure on that. I would say that if you're thorough with your paperwork and don't have any criminal past, you should be ok. Just make sure to be strong in areas you know you are good in, and then they may overlook the bad.

I am broke, and yet they still let my fiance have a k1 visa as of yesterday. Situations happen. I'm a college student. But I was smart and added my parents financial info and a letter from them saying they would support us for a while.

Just try to think of things like that which would help strengthen your case.
