Wrong DOB on GC I need to travel abroad, help

Hey guys !

I have received my GC, but there was a USCIS error and my DOB was wrong.. I already filed i-90 and I already went to the biometric appointment for my fingerprints so my case is pending now.. I am waiting on my CORRECT GC now, but I need to travel abroad to the bahamas..

I can't schedule an INFOPASS appointment, because Im traveling in 3 weeks and there is no infopass available till next month and it is 400 miles away from me ( the closest one ).

So I am wondering now.. GOING to the bahamas is not going to be a problem because I have a European passport.. BUT re-entering the USA might be, would they make a huge problem at the POE ??

I will bring my GC ( with the wrong dob ) with me and the NOA1 for my i-90 proving that my case is pending and that it is an error on USCIS their end..

Would they deny the re -entry ? or would I face challenges ? has anyone gone through the same problems ?

ANY information or past experience is welcome !

How do you still have your green card? If you submitted an I-90 due to a USCIS error then you are required to return the green card containing the error back to USCIS - so how do you still have yours?
