Question for LPR spousal visa?

Hello everyone. I just want to ask how long does it takes if an LPR will file for a spousal visa?

Is it possible if we will get married in other country that recognize same sex and use that to petition for F2A visa?

Philippines doesn't allow same sex so I was thinking about getting married in europe instead. I am an LPR does the process takes longer?

About 2 years. Check Visa Bulletin for specifics...

2 years before we get approved or to have a case number?
