Does the NVC Call Center monitor/track the number of calls you make. I have been pretty persistent the last couple of days. Don't want to continue callung if they have a way of knowing I just called the day prior... The reason behind it is I ALWAYS get their emails weeks later. I am waiting for the interview don't want to be on a crunch time. TIA

Please fill in your time line it would really help others providing answers

Yes the nvc keeps track of your calls

If you are waiting on your interview letter, you will receive it via email the day after your interview is scheduled

There is not a large delay between when it's scheduled and when you get notice

Yes, they do! Every time they login to check your case, it's recorded. I'm sure they're probably sick of me calling and asking if my case is completed yet. Lol.

I'm in the same situation Askewalonzotory; I haven't visited my father in almost 4 years and am anxious to go see him. Also, I have use or loose time at work. I have to put in my leave ASAP, otherwise I will loose all my time off that I have accumulated throughout the years. So i'm kinda in a time-crunch, feeling pressured at work to put in my time and have no idea approximately when NVC will schedule the interview (case completed 8/20)
