I booked the Medical appointment from Dr. Randal, my appoint is on 13th and interview is on 20th Oct. the receptionist told me that the medical results will be available after 10 days therefore Medical results will not be available on interview date. She said that Dr will give me a letter to present at the time of interview that the medical examination is under a way. and the results can be collected from the office after 10 days and mailed to Embassy by myself.

On the other hand it is highlight in red in interview letter that medical examination need to be with me at the interview date.

Does anyone has faced this kind of problem before and will this Dr. letter is ok with Montreal embassy officers?

Anyone here tried to registered there appointment at http//ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/iv/information/iv services

It kept saying not ready for appointment. My case was ready since Friday and I received an e-mail directing me to this website.

I also ran into the same problem this morning. I emailed them as per their instructions with the information requested.

Yikes! I was there 4 hours. Most of it was spent waiting. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I was out by 1pm. I only had to go to the windows twice for 10 minutes. My status changed to "issued" on CEAC this morning. I would love be going to the US for Thanksgiving next week-end...we will see :)

you can always send an email to the consulate if there is no change by tomorrow. There are usually good to respond within three days. I actually emailed them this morning to get a time frame and then it got changed to "issued" ,,,may be it was a fluke it changed two hours after I emailed them...who knows with them ????

I just received another email from Loomis and the consulate in the last half hour and my visa is ready to be picked up right now. I will go after work tonight and go pick it up. This took less than 48 hours from when my interview was complete. Considering my priority date is September, 2013 I was so glad this part when quickly....everything else was ridiculously long!!!!!!!!!!!
