Guys i need to ask one questuon. What is the time frame of moving to Us after your visa is issued? is it 3 months or 6??

The expiration of your visa is dependent on the date of your medical. Your visa is valid for 6 months after the medical. If you had the medical say 3 months before your visa was issued, then your visa would have a 3 month validity. Since generally speaking most people have their medical a couple weeks before the interview, assuming your visa is approved then it would have a 6 month validity.
