I don't know how I missed this topic! My husband is having his interview on September 22. I will be there with im in sha allah. He will go for his medical on Wednesday in Islamabad.

Is it necessary to have it really ?

It seems a long processing to get FRC

Nope this is not necessary, I know a few people who have recently had their interview at Islamabad and none provided this.

9- Take Family Registration Certificate – 2 Copies

5- Letter/Document from the National visa center/consular section stating visa preference category.

All USCIS/NVC documentation sates category- for most of us I think we are IR1/CR1 cases. Of course, the embassy knows why we are interviewing before we show up.

Nvc has completed my case. After how long will islamabad embassy schedule my interview

Thers is no hard and fast date for it. But based on current situation, its more or less 60 +/- 10 days ..... Best of Luck

They said he will have the report on the 7th

Anyone of you getting the Pakistani police certificate ? I know they don't require it but I read here on VJ that we should get it anyway so what are your thoughts on that ? I have the UK police certificate which they asked me to provide at the time of the interview as I lived in London for 7 years but not sure about Pakistani Police Certificate.

are you talking about the medical fee 11k to 12 k ? how long did it take to complete the medical ?

Yes we are providing the pakistan pcc. We provided it at the NVC and will bring it to the interview.l

Yes it was about $115 or between 11 and 12k pr. It took a couple hours and we will have the report on the 7th.

getting PCC is very easy, Go to concerned Police authority, submit application alongwith picture, and then get it after 3,4days
