It would help if we knew what country you were talking about, (example: Philippines, needs CFO stamp before they can buy a ticket.)

I have saw many long time members, and moderators on this site post, "never, ever buy a ticket, make a plan, on anything until you have the visa, "in your hand" it is called the VJ.com "Golden

Rule."

And I found it very true in me and my wife's case as we were expecting the visa many days before it actually arrived.

But, as some people say buy a changeable ticket..,.,..,fine, but a lot of extra money for you.

Hope your visa arrives soon, and all travel plans work.
