I have received my MNL# from the NVC we have already paid the BPI and I will schedule the interview this evening. My question how do I first track when the NVC sends my packet to Manilla the how do I track when they receive it? Also when will I receive a letter or confirmation letter for my fiance to take with her for medical or does that come from the BPI? lots of questions here

There is no need to track your packet because it will be there at the Embassy before the interview.

To be admitted into St. Luke's for the medical, simply show the guard a copy of the interview confirmation printout. You can print out the confirmation when you make the appointment.

I suppose NVC screenshot shows "READY" is good enough to go to SLEC for those who doesn't have an interview date setup yet? I'm thinking to have my fiancee to setup interview around end of Oct. or early Nov. I don't think the DS-160 allows you to pick the date 2 months advance.

CEAC website.

Medical is a first come first served, NO letter. Just go to the SLEC website, complete the pre-registration, then bring the required documents. Medical is normally 2 days.

Do you have the letter from NVC with the MNL# on it? The embassy states a copy of that letter or a copy the interview confirmation page are required for the medical. So if you have the NVC letter you can do the medical without paying the visa fee or scheduling the interview

Ah, I understand why you want to delay scheduling until after the medical.

Here is a work around that has been accepted by SLEC. ONCE you have your MNL# and the CEAC website shows your status as READY, print that page (required number of copies) and bring it to SLEC for the medical.
