I recently filed for my parents PD 08/19/2015 i-130

on my mother's i130 i typed in my 18 year old sister where it says if any additional petitions are being filed list name and relationship.

i also filed for 3 other sisters i know it will be a while but my attorney said anything can happened during the process... my wife's uncle petition for seven siblings in 2005 and last week they had interviews in CDJ.. and with the same attorney. i am hopping my siblings case turn out the same way. with god everything is possible,, all 5 receipts start with LIN hopefully the service center approves all the same time,,,

hi

you probably got the date wrong, because for Mexico, siblings priority date is 1997

there is no way Mexicans would jump to 2005, they might have been approved in 2005, but the petition should have been sent a very long time ago, there is a priority date, thousands of siblings waiting, the attorney can't do anything to change the priority dates, for Mexicans it is close to 20 years of waiting

check the visa bulletin every month

hi

what I'm saying is that they weren't petitioned in 2005, check the visa bulletin, they had to be petitioned in 1997 to have had their interview

Maybe they weren't born in Mexico?

hi

the OP says they had their interview in Cd Juarez, Mexico

plus if you check the visa bulletin, siblings from other Latin American countries for F4 is 2003, 12 + years, so 2005 doesn't add up anyway
