ASC Appointment for fingerprints and photographs

Hello again. My husband's interview appointment is on September 22, 2015 in Cd Juarez. I went into the website http://mexico.usvisa-info.com to schedule the ASC appointment for fingerprints and photographs. When I entered our case number, it told me that our case number is not ready to schedule. Then it gives you an email address where I could write to, so I did. I says they don't reply until 3 business days.

Did anyone else have this problem?

we did as well dont worry within a week or so it will work, i kept trying everyday until it did.

and i also had written email to their IT Department. by the time they answered it had already worked.

so no worries its normal. just keep trying everyday :goofy: :goofy: :goofy:

once your status changes to ready in CEAC then you'll be able to register fir the ASC appointment and choose the delivery location for the packet. I was able to schedule on Thursday afternoon after my status changed to ready. I felt it safer than sending an email since I wanted to make sure I set the DHL location too

but if you already sent the email I would wait for their reply before having issues trying to register just as the notification warns about. 4
