MY QUESTION IS SIMILAR, I HAVE RECEIVED RFE REGARDING INTENT TO MARRY. Within my Original petition We have added copies of the intent example I found here on the vj cover letter, but I still received this RFE letter today.

1. What can Be written In a letter to my fiance from me (the petitioner) and what should she send to me?

a. Is it okay okay if this letter is typed via our e-mail?

2. How can I make wedding plans with a venue or pastor without an approximate date of her arrival? "/

b. What proof would be valid if We just want to officiate at the County Clerk?

Please help, We would like to not delay this return process any longer

You write or type a letter stating that you intend to marry each other within the allotted 90 days for the K-1 visa. These letters are to be written and signed by both. Some argue that an original signature is needed, but it sounds like you did not even send a signed document that was then printed out.

My letter was very basic like:

"I, _____________, intend to marry ______________ within ninety (90) days of _____________'s arrival into the United States on her Fiancée visa ."

signed and dated

and hers was like:

I,_______________, intend to marry _____________ within ninety days of my arrive into the United States on my fiancée visa."

signed and dated.
