Should I file DS160 now?

Hi guys,

I have been searching around the forum and seeking for more information. Hope someone can help me out with this.

On the ceac website, I have checked the latest status and it shows:

Ready - Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment. Additional information about how Immigrant Visa interview appointments are scheduled can be found at:http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3731.html

I couldn't access to the link above, I think the link is dead :(

I have seen some threads that some are advised to file for DS160 before receiving packet 3? Anyone from Singapore to advise on what are the next steps other than collating all documents and waiting for my fiance to mail them to me (I-134, Intent to marry up to date, Pay stubs, employment letter, Tax returns, bank statements, hope I didn't miss out anything) Also, should I schedule for medical examination before receiving packet 3 too? Currently, we have up till Noa2 in papers.

Removal of Conditions I-751

29 December 2017 - ROC Filing Opening Date (Expiry 29 Mar 2018)

29 December 2017 - I-751 Priority Mail shipped to VSC

2 January 2018 - Package delivered

8 January 2018 - Check cashed in

11 January 2018 - NOA received (DATE of NOA: 3 JAN 2018)

22 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

30 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

 

Help us all by updating your Timeline and Profile!:D

1. Click on your blue nickname on top right corner, there will be a dropdown menu> My Timeline > Edit/Add My Entry.

2. Click on your blue nickname at top right corner, dropdown menu > Account Settings > Profile > Edit Profile (Black button) > change your Filed for and Location.

3. If you would like to update your signature, click on your blue nickname on top right corner, dropdown menu> Account Settings > Left menu click on Signature.

IMPT: If you change address, DO NOT FORGET TO fill up AR-11 Online,for your USC Spouse, fill up I-865!

Hi Mod, I have already received my packet 3 and will proceed with my filing of DS160. Therefore, this thread is no longer needed.
