Do the dates signed really matter? On the I-129F or the Biometrics form. The forms were signed in december but I will be sending them now in early March

8/30/06-- Met my love online

11/24/06-- Met her in person in Oaxaca, Mexico

2/5/07-- Proposed to her in Mexico on her birthday

2/26/07-- Sent I-129F via UPS Next Day Air

2/28/07-- NOA1 mailed

3/2/07-- Check cashed

3/2/07-- Touched

3/5/07-- Recieved NOA1 in mail

3/5/07-- Touched

3/6/07-- Recieved email of Petition Approval (NOA2)

3/7/07-- Touched

3/8/07-- NVC receives petition

3/9/07-- NVC sends paper work Cuidad Juarez, MX

3/12/07-- Cuidad Juarez sends email saying they just received packet & to wait 2 to 3 weeks for further instructions

4/18/07-- Medical done in Cuidad Juarez

4/19/07--VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!

5/14/07-- She enters the US

no matters. as long as you signed.

I-129F sent and recieved by USCIS on Feb 16th, 2007-Also I fly to Vietnam to see my fiancee on today. This is the 4th times I have flied to vietnam within a year time frame. I miss her.

02-20-2007 check cashed

02-22-2007 NOA1 hard copy

02-24-2007 Touched

03-01-2007 Touched

03-02-2007 Touched

03-07-2007 NOA2 by email .

03-11-2007 Touched

03-12-2007 NOA2 hardcopy in the mail

03-20-2007 NVC sent my package to HCMC embassy

03-24-2007 HCMC Embassy received my package

03-30-2007 My fiancee received her packet 3

03-31-2007 My fiancee dropped off Packet 3 at the Embassy.

05-17-2007 Wedding Ceremony at Sinhdoi Restaurante

06-27-2007 Recieved Packet 4

07-20-2007 Interview Date

Double check the website and the form. Sometimes for government paperwork, signatures can go "stale" if not submitted in a timely fashion. I don't recall this being the case, but you should definitely double check with the USCIS website and all available form instructions.

Also, if you signed the I-129F in December, it is likely the form you signed is outdated. A new form is required as of 2/18/07.

USE THE NEW FORM! Don't get your application sent back to you for an easily correctable error.

1-12-07 mailed to CSC

1-22-07 DHS cashes the I-129F check

1-23-07 NOA1 Notice Date

1-26-07 NOA1 arrives in the post

4-25-07 Touched!

4-26-07 Touched again!

5-3-07 NOA2!!! Two approval emails received at 11:36am

5-10-07 Arrived at NVC/5-14-07 Left NVC - London-bound!

5-17-07??? London receives?

5-20-07 Packet 3 mailed

5-26-07 Packet 3 received

5-29-07 Packet 3 returned, few days later than planned due to bank holiday weekend

6-06-07 Medical in London (called to schedule on May 29)

6-11-07 "Medical in file" at Embassy

6-14-07 Resent packet 3 to Embassy after hearing nothing about first try

6-22-07 DOS says "applicant now eligible for interview," ie: they enter p3 into their system

6-25-07 DOS says interview date is August 21

6-28-07 Help from our congressional representative gives us new interview date: July 6

7-06-07 Interview at 9:00 am at the London Embassy - Approved.

7-16-07 Visa delivered after 'security checks' completed

I-129F approved in 111 days; Interview 174 days from filing

thank You guys those answers were reassuring. I just finished sending all the paperwork via UPS overnight, today.

8/30/06-- Met my love online

They will not accept outdated forms anymore. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE NEW FORM. Check the uscis website.

This is true, please note this. They just updated the form and are accpeting them up to a certain date, but I am not sure what date exactly.

K-1 visa issued: 12/15/2006

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

It's always good to do that, they only updated it THIS month I believe.
