Include proof as to why you want the expedite. Attach a copy of your visa and say that your visa is expiring and you can't leave your children behind.

They may receive a case complete and visa interview before December, but just to be sure, it wouldn't hurt to request the expedite.

You can do it on your own. No need to have a lawyer do it. Make sure to include all identifying info. The petitioner's name, beneficiary's name and DOB and your case number.

hmmm, just received an email from NVC now , stated they can't process my expedite request because i am not the principal, petition or legal representative that contact their directly... so my husband is busy for his work now, I have nothing to do than to contact the lawyer who filed this cases from the beginning and pay for charge every documents he send. or i can send again the request but the sender I put the name of my both sons?

Why don't you have your husband send the e-mail? You already sent one, meaning the explanation and everything is already drafted. But, just have him edit it with his name, information and signature.

It wouldn't make sense to pay the lawyer again just to send an e-mail.
