I just received a letter for my mother petition I-130 from NVC. It includes a list of documents that I have to submit which some of the are not applicable. Do I need to submit all this documents again? Since I submitted them to the USCIS already. Does anyone have a list of docs to be sent to the NVC for a mother petition?

Your best served if you follow the instructions and reply with the documents that are requested from NVC to adjudicate your petition. Remember he who has the gold makes the rules.

you should have a document cover sheet that was sent to you by the NVC. I am also doing an ir-5 for my mother. You have to send financial documents - including the affidavit of support, tax returns, and a birth certificate. This site has everything listed

Good luck

You should submit everything you need to that is on the list. If a document is not applicable then you will check the N/A box on the checklist

yes some of the documents you will be sending again. The USCIS and the NVC are 2 diffrent agency and have diffrent role in the process

Also your mother will have to bring original documents to the interview.

So only send in copies
