It took somewhere around 10 days for my wife to receive the interview appointment letter from the Embassy after DHL tracking showed it was signed for at by the Embassy (just google something like "track nvc package" to learn how to do it). They then scheduled the interview about 40 days out. Somewhere between the DHL tracking showing it was delivered and finally getting the letter, I emailed the Embassy asking if they got it, and they said they hadn't, and that the NVC schedules the interview. Seems like a pretty standard response.

My problem is that I am getting my things here in the states on the approval and then the letter having all our info and case number , but his embassy in Nigeria doesn't even get with my fiancé about anything unless we are just missing each other to much and not giving things time but omg April it was aproved and then the letter saying it went over to his embassy in July and still nothing so he paid his fee and did all his steps that are needed doctors and police and his envelope from the doctor to give embassy still nothing so August he made a interview apt and did but the confusing part is he paid the 240 at embassy and they never gave him a sit down interview and was handed a letter that it's pending under section221g and when I emailed the embassy they said my fiancé show enough proof of relationship how is that so when they didn't even sit him down to see . Any one no what I should do now my I 129f ends sept everything now is going back to uscis and NVC

Someone help are we just ahead of everything or what here

But my fiancé never got email or call nothing

Our case was expedited and we got an expedited interview date today for next week but it seems impossible to get the medical done before that -- especially because they are closed on the weekends. What are we suppose to do?
